My apologies for not updating the site sooner. Computer problems have struck and all my precious photos, files and folders are lost never to be retrieved :(
I hope you have all had a very happy Easter. We were lucky to all be blessed with beautiful weather, and I hope whatever you were doing, you were surrounded by friends, family and lots of delicious chocolate! The Easter bunny was very good to me ( I was on my best behaiviour all year so I could get a huge egg!!! ), but now I really need some exercise to drop the extra holiday "padding".
I was lucky enough to spend Easter with my family at a lovely camping spot on the Shoalhaven Heads river. Packed out with jumping pillows, parks, bird avery's and a pretty river with a boat just waiting to be taken for a spin, it was the kids heaven. Unfortunatley, Shayla had a bad stack on the scooter (apparently being towed by a piece of rope by another kid on a skateboard is not a good idea!!!) and is now spending the remainding holidays and the next 5 weeks in a full leg cast and in a wheel chair. She was a very brave little girl, and now unfortunatley a very bored girl who wont be able to go to the physie camp or do physie or swimming for many weeks :(
Speaking of breaks, Mia Sylvester in the 9years has had an accident and has broken her arm:( She has also been very brave and is spending the holidays in a cast! I hope both girls recover very quickly and are feeling better soon. Note to all physie girls out there.... PLEASE LOOK AFTER YOUR PRECIOUS BONES!!!
Not long now until the Lakeview families campout! I'm so excited. Although I now wont be able to sleep there (a task that is far too impossible with a wheelchair in tow) I will be popping in for the day to join all the activities and fun.... looking forward to seeing you all there!
Well, I hope you all enjoy your remaining holidays and before you know it we will be kicking off term 2!
